早餐:水煮蛋+2顆蜜棗
午餐:鳳螺炒櫛瓜
香菇2朵、小卷3塊、蘿蔓葉

今天的工作是體力活,搬完書整個吃不下飯
但怕沒吃飯下午撐不下去,把冰箱剩的食材
隨便炒一炒,裹腹餐不用太講究
