Guys mau tanya dong. Klo BB stuck aja gk mau turun2 udah 2 minggu. Gmn cara nya biar gk stuck.
kemarin 1 bulan berhasil turun 4 kg Skrg stuck nih. Padahal konsepnya masih sama.
IF 8jam bukanya, BMR 1700 = makan cuma 1300. Cardio = 1 jam / minggu Latihan Beban = 20 menit / 3x seminggu
Minta masukannya ya guys Kurang apa lagi hahahaha
