I've been in a deficit or meeting my input vs output calories this week. Haven't moved as much as usua thoughl. When it's cold I can't find the enthusiasm to exercise at 6am. Prepping food has helped with controlling portions and calories despite all my treats. Wondering what the scales will say in 2 days time on weigh-in day. I hope to break even.
