Ok, the last couple of days have been really bad in terms of following my eating plan. In fact, I've basically been eating and saying screw it! So Today was my effort to get back on track so hopefully, well, I'm getting there.

Tomorrow I'll try to eat lighter and drink more water.

I am in the same boat as you. I have been sick and kinda used it as an excuse. Now I am struggling to get back on board. It is really tough. Hang in there!
