Broke the 295 weight. Lots of time walking this weekend. Strangely, didn't eat much, but wasn't constantly hungry like usual.
133.4 kg Lost so far: 33.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
