FRIDAY 10 March marks my 1 year anniversary of being on here and 1 year of my current weight loss… I’d already lost two stone, had a break from “dieting” discovered fat secret, changed how I ate and started keeping a diary. Have lost more weight since. It feels like quite a big day ahead of me and I’m actually a bit nervous to know what my 1 year weigh in will be. Counting the calories AND the hours this week! 🤞🤞
