I RESISTED!! YAY! I wa soooo hungry last night and all I could think about was comfort food, I have bronchitis...ugh. I had a box of mac and cheese that I bought to make for my father, it sounded sooo good....but I resisted and had a big glass of almond milk with sf chocolate syrup and a cheese stick...satisfied...big sigh of relief!!
and I am down 2 more pounds today! Now that I figured out my new scale...my grand Total is 5 now. From 197.8 to 192.6
