I did not do well for lunch. Had a huge, greasy slice of pepporoni and feta cheese pizza. AND a bowl of cold pasta salad. The pasta salad was not a bad thing...it was based in a vinigrette and full of tomatoes, mushrooms and olives. But the pizza...not such a good choice. It's all good though. My challenges start in a few days. :) I'll get on track.

It's all about getting right back on it, don't get discouraged! You're allowed to have fluctuations in your diet, it keeps your metabolism running on high gear! Just count it as a cheat day and be REALLY good for another week.
