358 kal per 100gr, biasanya aku konsumsi 30gr itu jdnya sudah 1 mangkok, bisa nahan lapar smp 3 jem hehhe

Aku mah kenyang ya, malah kalau mlm males mkn cuma makan oufen, kalau msh laper makan itu, mungkin kalori harian km kurang kali jadi berasa laper, kalau kalori harian udh cukup ga berasa laper, makanya kalau diet itu penting itung bmr sm tdee.
