My measure of success if falling and ALWAYS getting back up.

Hey...hang in there. I like you're definition of success. There is a line in the last Rocky film..."Rocky Balboa"...where he says something along the lines of "Its how hard you can GET hit and keep moving forward." It looks like you have been on and off the site and I have found that this only works for me if it is completely consistent. Try what I call Green Arrow Days, be honest and record everything and don't shoot for any number other than keeping the arrow on you're diet and exercise calendar green, even if it is by only 10 kcals. You have to use both tools...the Diet Cal and the Activities & exercise...Do it for just a week and see where you are. I only weigh in weekly. This strategy keeps me from being hungry...its slow but man it has worked. Happy to read journals and buddy up if you'd like. Best Jim

Thanks for the support Jim! I have been on and off and you're right I have to use both tools and be completely honest to see how I get to my Green Arrow Days. Before I felt like I had to do something ridiculously drastic and now, I realize I can make small changes and recording everything (honestly) is definitely doable. Look out for my buddy request! :)
