Awesome bike ride yesterday. Did my usual 25 mile route. I didn't set out to do an especially hard ride but once I got going I felt good so I went for it. Ended up averaging 16.3 mph. Not great but .5 mph better than my previous best for that route. My average heart rate for the ride was 163 which is very high, but it tells me that my legs weren't holding me back this time. I can't say it was the most enjoyable ride but I did feel really good about it afterwards which is great.
