The rain has finally stopped. Decided to take a walk this morning around 8am. Bobby was excited when he saw me putting on my walking shoes (he knows the difference between them and the slippers I've been wearing). It is so icy outside. The front porch steps were frozen and icy. Had to hold on to the rain so I wouldn't slip and fall. The street was frozen and icy too. Also slipped and Almost fell twice so only walked about 15 minutes. Will wait until later when the ice is gone. Going to the grocery store and pharmacy this morning and also have a dentist appointment. Didn't post my weight this morning, but haven't gained or lost since Sunday. Lost a total of 5 pounds in February which is fine. I got a new electric wok and hope to stir fry vegetables for a couple of days.
