Very early breakfast today, before we hit the road. Oats cooked on water with one egg in it. Added greek yoghurt, good olive oil and some salt. Very basic, but one of my favourites!

I've made this twice since reading your update and love it but haven't used olive oil as haven't got any haha. Thanks for sharing
