I have spiraled out of control. Dreading my weigh in on Thursday. I seem to be eating nonstop. I don't know why. Last night I went to the DQ and had a take 5 bizzard. Felt guilty and I don't know how I stayed even close to my 1500 calories.

Perhaps think about what motivates you, or just try to do one day at a time so you are not overwhelmed. We have all felt lost before but you will find your way back
