After tracking for a couple of weeks, I realise that I am just eating too much for my activity level and height. So, I am reducing daily calorie target. It's a shame because I'd love those extra 300 calories! I prioritised sleep over exercise last week, sometimes that's the way it is! This week I will try to get those early morning fat-burning exercises in.
I've lost nothing in size. I'll try to weigh this week at the gym as we don't have a working scale at home.
