jadi ngerasa makan 1x aja udah kenyang bgt


apa harus ditambah lg ya intermittent nya
jadi jam 3 sore - 8 mlm

12 - 8 aja bs turun = 1 kg seminggu
gmn klo 3 - 8 ya
