Bad week. I turned to emotional support eating this week. Duties piled up, appliances and vehicle broke and I felt like I was at the bottom of a pit I would never climb out of. So I turned to my best friend and worst enemy -- FOOD. That is all in the past now. Head up, fork down, and back on the road the weight loss.
