First evening rock climbing last night. Most fun I've had in a long time. Partner and I in sync, all went very well. Under 180. I'll see if I can keep it there and creep it down to 175. I may have to go a bit lower to hit the 10% body fat, but we'll see when I get there. Owen Hat

Is this on the wall or actual rock?

You think I'm instantly crazy? (See what I did there?) On the wall. I'll be doing my certification in 2 weeks. Then it's off to the spot that I just added to my original post.

Ohhh that was tricky word play there. So you do admit that when you climb actual rock there will be some craziness involved just rehearsed crazy?

Sounds like fun - another example of something that is so much easier to do when you are lean and fit. Congratulations!

Thanks, Buffy. I don't think it's crazy. To me crazy is eating 3500 calories a day. Is there risk? Absolutely, but less people die climbing than die in cars. My partner and I both have the same concern for safety and competence, though he jumped yesterday to make sure I was paying attention. When he regained consciousness....

How cool that you have found a climbing partner you work so well with! Sounds like a great way to use all those muscles you've been creating. :)

lol I'd be a terrible climbing partner for exactly that reason. I'm actually more afraid of bathrooms.
