I'm still struggling with my sugar cravings.
Still want to gobble down some chocolate, candy and cookies. Haven't (but only because there isn't any in the house!)

I guess I should say here that although I'm listed as doing Weight Watchers I'm not. I'm pretty much keeping a count of my caloric intake and outgo, and sort of looking at points.

I handle those sugar cravings with Swiss Miss sugar free hot cocoa mix and Chocolate Crunch rice cakes - mostly it helps but if it just doesn't work then I head for the baking chocolate chips because (hopefully) I can just take a couple of those tiny bits ;)
