Today I ate: an egg and cheese breakfast wrap and a Breuggers coffee, 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt with honey and flax seed.
Went to Macy’s and tried on bathing suits for inspiration. In order of priority: thighs, stomach, arms. The one-piece looked nice, but I refuse to wear one. I WILL lose this weight.
Goal tonight: 1 hour of cardio, some push ups and ab work. Dinner: chicken kabobs out of Cooking Light.
Goal tomorrow: 5:30AM spin....
