Haven’t been on for over 2 weeks. Had two birthdays and another tomorrow. A weekend away and many dinners out with family and friends. Plus lots of travel with work so limited meals available. Have to admit I so much enjoyed roast potatoes the other day. Once this weekend is done I am back onto it. I’m actually quite pleased with the result as I know I will drop again once the low carbs kick in.
