I made up for Tuesday. I walked 6 miles today and my fitness watch says that I have burned 2800 calories. That's a 1700 calorie defecit for the day. Yesterday I had a 900 calorie defecit. I am learning how to fight through hunger pains and resist temptation.

I'm really excited about my next weigh in.
