Please tell me if my thinking is correct. So I weighed 92kgs in September when i started gyming. I now weigh 90, but lost like almost 2 pants sizes.
According to google, muscle weights 20% more than fat. So am I correct in thinking I have changed 18kgs of fat into muscle? (20% of 92kg) because I still weigh 90kgs

it's not so much than muscle weighs more. like. 2kg of feathers or 2kg of brick is still just 2kg... the take up different volume though and that's the difference. muscle is leaner so you can trim down and maintain a weight range.
