Struggling with a good breakfast idea. Most items upset my stomach and others are too hard to maintain.

I eat the same thing almost every morning. 3 organic eggs, with 3 slices of thick uncured bacon slices cooked in the microwave. I then add some of the bacon fat to the eggs and then cut up the bacon into small pieces, sprinkle it into the eggs and scramble it all together...it never gets old for me and keeps me full for a long time

I really like eating a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter. But sometimes it's a crap shoot if the bananas will be good.
