Down a pound this morning but I'm still hoping for a better showing this week. Had a mediocre morning at the gym - still got 40 mins of cardio in but I just wasn't feeling it energy-wise the way I was yesterday. As a result I've decided that tomorrow will be my rest day - especially because I'll be going up to Connecticut to see the boyfriend and I'd like to be able to stay up past 9pm.

Thats a pound you need never worry about again Congrats and you are doing a great job at the gym. We all nee a rest day, enjoy.

Good job on losing the pound - thats great! Also, don't forget, exercise GIVES you energy, so don't be so quick to not go tomorrow. Plus, the less you weight, the more energy you have as well. Have fun with the bf!

Thanks to both of you! I'm feeling better now and may still go to the gym tomorrow but if I don't I'll be there with bells on Saturday. Plans keep changing with the BF so if I end up going Sat. instead of tomorrow night then I'll just do an evening gym session. I really appreciate the encouragement - it's easy to get discouraged when you feel like you're working hard and following the diet to the letter and the loss is small.
