Found diet site today. I started at 144lb (10st 4lb) before christmas. I went down to about 9st 12lb by Feburary and to 9st 7lb mid July when I started a new medication. When I was better I started eating healthily and am now 9st 5lb (132lb)
I have joined a challenge to lose 5lb by the end of August.
I must remain good to reach my target.
