Anita Cocktail's Journal, 04 Aug 09

I was pretty hungry again today but again, preparation was key. I had healthy snacks in my lunch bag and drank a ton of water so I was ok. Didn't do any weight training at the gym but put in 36 minutes on the elliptical with a 5 minute warmup on the treadmill. Feeling good about that.

You are really doing great. How many days have you been on induction? Usally after 3-5 days ketosis kicks in and NO MORE hunger.

Thanks so much! I'm actually a couple weeks in - I'm down about 10 pounds. I wasn't hungry after the first week but I just started going to the gym yesterday so I think it's the increase in activity that's making me hungry but I just keep telling myself that it just means it's working. How are you doing?
