The beginning is always tough. But I was VERY careful, and did lots of walking at home. I purchased 'Walk Away The Pounds' and believe me, it works. I found that giving up my comfort foods is a challenge so anyone with ideas to get away from the rice and pasta, along with sandwiches, please feel free to send them along. I have a long way to go but these first 20lbs will help in a big way.
