I appreciate your thoughts and questions! Because I am weight lifting, I am noticing some muscular changes. That makes me pleased. Yup, the scale is digital and I will test it for change by stepping on it right after a meal, it works! So, the daily number…always the same…seems strange.
I definitely am not getting near enough sleep right now. Hopefully as the new semester settles in, I will be able to settle a little earlier in the evening.
Family stress is really high though as my elderly mother is trying to care for one of my siblings who has fried his brain on drugs and alcohol. She leans on me a lot for emotional support. I guess…in writing this lengthy message, I am realizing I should cut myself some slack because there is jut a lot going on in my world.
