I read your story it’s tough working from home.
I’ve been following a programme called Pounds and Inches which is good but very strict. I’m now filling the maintenance programme using patches. The patches follows the same programme but with higher calories and more food choices. I will resume the weight loss again in June after 6 weeks maintenance.
