it is so easy to get off track! I guess I will just try to maintain some sanity for the next few days and then get back to what works. It has taken me 6 months to lose 25lbs. You would think that would be enough motivation to hold on tight and keep going. I know I have put a few pounds back on. I am going to weigh in on Monday and kick it back into gear! Lots of big salads, water, water, water. Record everything and exercise. Some sort of exercise. Even if it's just the Wii.
