Bnyak tmn2 yg mkan di bwah BMR or berlebih potong calori demi kurus. pdhal itu ga bgus buat tubuh(blm tntu lemak yg turun, bisa aja otot nyusut). Apalah dayaku yg mkan di 2000++ kalori tiap hari, sma skali g fokus ke angka timbangan,tp fokus naikin otot.
