Hi 👋 how often does everyone weigh themselves? Daily, weekly, a couple of times a week. I’m interested to know 😊

A lot of us like to weigh in daily because we are curious. But, sometimes it can be disappointing as we don't see the drop in weight everyday. Some recommend weighing in at weekly intervals so that the yo-yo effect can be neutralized. I have observed my own weight fluctuating back and forth on a daily basis.

Daily, so I can observe patterns, but I log the weight here weekly for the overall trend.

Hi 👋 I weigh daily. It's not for everyone, but I find it helpful to track the fluctuations over a week, and for me it helps me learn which foods/eating patterns impact me. Ib see the scales as a tool, and I don't obssess over the numbers, I just notice and record, then go about my day. This works for me but may not be right for you. I hope this info is useful 💚

Gosh, I weigh myself twice a day. At night before bed to see how I'm going then straight after breakfast and toilet to see how I slept (I lose more weight if I sleep well) and what I have to do re dieting during the day. It works for me

I'm doing weekly. I used to do daily but it messed with my head. I also using me360 and measurements to get a bigger picture of how my body is changing.

Once a month. I go on clothing , how it fits , how I look and feel.

I’m weighing in every other day. Every day has a variability factor. Every second day smooths out the bumps. Weekly is just too long to know if you need to adjust daily intake if you going the wrong way.
