Not sure this weight loss will last. I was a bit sick all day yesterday.
91.7 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can make it last -- and more! Just don't eat junk food or desserts, and watch the snacking and portion sizes. It's a new Way of Eating, and your bio states why you're doing this in the first place 👁️🏆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
