I don't know what I am going to do for exercise today. I have been snowshoeing and cross country skiing since I started this. Well, today it is 14F with winds blowing at 20 mph out of the north making it feel like -3F. Rumor has it that it is only going to get worse. I dread the thought of an hour on the treadmill. I don't have a fancy one so it is straight flat walking. Better than sitting on the couch I guess. Send me good motivational thoughts please to get me through this :)

Wow you are so adventurous! I can't handle the treadmill without some entertainment. Usually i watch a movie or if you can't set that up, a book on tape or podcast or something? If you haven't done that, it'll make the time go faster.
