Did my second day of kettlebell training with Jillian Michaels. Didn't do all the reps, but definitely did ALL of the exercises. Much better today. I even attepted to do the dvd that came with my Danskins kettlebell. Only managed to do parts of both Workout 1 & Workout 2. Did 100 crunches afterwards too (4 sets of 25). Did 5 pushups (men's style) push ups as well. Still trying my best...
