I have always considered myself to be a frugal person, setting myself challenges to see how much stuff I can buy for a certain amount, well now I see how MUCH I can eat within my Cal "budget" it's exciting and really motivating. I don't think I have ever eaten this much quantity wise whilst on a "diet" and still loose weight #happy
