🎶 She’s down 📉again 💃🏻 she has shed more grams again 🥳 she’s drinking her daily doepa again (cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper, turmeric, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar ℹ️ my sister feels there’s a more effective way to ⚰️ 🤣) Nowadays it takes me longer to find my rhythm 🥁 while I’m not doing my morning walks (helping my daughter recover from 🦵 🦶 surgery) I’m clocking more steps.
