Struggled all weekend with snacking. Working on being mindful and trying to drink water instead of eating candy. Walked on my lunch and although it was cold and the wind blasted me in the face, it was nice to be outside in the sun.

I am right there with you. I am doing all the same things. I don't know why I am suddenly craving , etc. I am struggling but refuse to give up. WE can do it
