Only a small loss this week but what a huge difference it is making the the clothes sizes. Started this journey in a comfortable size 16 and moved to a size 14 which is now baggy in the bum and hanging off my hips. Have a size 12 pair of jeans which is starting to do the same. Looking forward to going on a shopping spree soon.
