Today I ate a fruit and yorgurt parfiat, V8 fusion, and smacked on some mixed nuts and dried fruits. For lunch I ate the Chinese house special - shrimp, chicken, beef in mixed veggies, with no rice - and a side of won ton soup. I will probably have one more snack today and then a chicken salad for dinner. Cross your fingers hopefully this is the start of the rest of my life.
