Nice loss after healthy eating yesterday, salads x 2 and Turkey for lunch, egg + mushrooms for breakfast, and open healthy burger with lots of salad for dinner. Importantly, no snacking.
109.2 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
