SIX POUNDS Y'ALL!!!! I knew earlier this week I had lot at least maybe 3 pounds. But I bit the bullet and weighed. SIX pounds. This is the most I've lost in one week in a long long time. I am SO thrilled. This IS WORKING!!! Up and at 'em everybody!! This is a new day!
