I smashed today pretty much everything, gym, steps, food, (water so-so 🤣).. I don't have many days like this so I'm very proud of myself today 🥳

Well done chick you’ve got this bet you feel better for your achievements. I know I do so just weighed in and had a brilliant 7.5lb off so same again next week walking water and lots of healthy fruit and veg
