Second day back from the festive break and I was preparing myself for a big weight gain, lost a few grams to my surprise, this is the beauty of calorie counting, once it becomes unconscious decisions and habits you can still maintain correct portions and enjoy 'normal' food without gaining all your hard lost weight back.
