I've been doing well all week, making sure I eat breakfast, have reasonable lunch and dinner..it helps that my husband has been preparing the dinners, he's been grilling out every night. It has also helped that I stick with the same routine everyday and change it up with dinner so I don't get bored. And I know that this first week is mostly water weight so I will do my best not to expect so much in the coming weeks...But I'm feeling great!!
