Starting the year up 3 lbs. but on track, only good nutritious food in my house, no alcohol, and I made an action plan to do several small things to succeed. I intend to follow your lead Debbie on the walking daily, inside if the weather is bad. I am sticking to all the minis except keeping carbs under 30 gms, in order to add a half-cup of All Bran to boost my fibre to 22 grams. Hard to keep the carb down when increasing fibre. I have to eat a LOT of broccoli to get 20 gms of fibre. All the very greatest success to everyone and Happy New Year, Happy New Me and You!
