Christmas time & New Year eating for the past two weeks & eating lots of snacks etc. I have to knuckle down as I'm looking at a cruise for my husband & I in March. It would be nice to get to that 200 lbs mark by then. Because I'm still taking Ozempic every Monday morning, that is still helping me not to eat as much. I try to only eat one meal a day & that's at supper time, as I find when I start eating I have a hard time stopping. So during the day as long as I drink, water, iced tea (Crystal Light) or pure Orange Juice, I'm usually okay with not eating until supper time. It's exercise that I am not doing anything. I would like to get out and walk & I know my dog would love it, but there's lots of snow & ice outside, so do not want to take the chance of slipping & falling.
