keep the meat and animal fats high and the Carbs low. Also throw in some Intermittent Fasting. These will put you into ketosis and you will be amazed. I haven't taken my antidepressants for almost 2 years now after being on them 25 years. Also, I list 120lbs and I'm 66! It will happen. God Bless you!
