Well, I got a new scale and I weighed in at 140lbs. Not quite sure if I really lost 6 lbs or not as my first weigh in was on a different scale but I am going with it and will only weigh in on this scale from now on. I feel really good, I am now in Phase 2 and have added in some chicken. I find myself not even eating all that is allowed. I really exercised over the weekend too, a lot of walking and 2 days of hiking. I hope that I will continue to lose weight I know that I have to keep the cardio in there of I will stay where I am at. Can't wait to start feeling a difference in my clothes, thats really what I am rooting for, I'm almost ready to say forget the stupid scale. Hope everyone did good over the weekend.
